Give your child a strong foundation for tumbling, dancing, cheerleading, and other athletic activities by signing up for our tumbling classes at Kenzie’s Dancin’ Out. We have classes for every skill level to help them grow and develop.
This is a combination class, featuring 45 minutes dedicated to tumbling and strength exercises from the tot tumbling followed by beginner ballet.
The class focus is on cartwheels, running cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, back bends, strength, balance, coordination, running round-offs, kick-overs, back bends, bridges, front limbers, and mastering basic skills.
You must have a back bend and kick over on the floor. This class will focus on walkovers, aerials, front and back handsprings, and round-off backhand springs.
